Your driver is an English-speaking Prague local who drives these routes regularly and is happy to talk — honestly said, a driver, not a licensed guide; the monuments’ own guides are handled at cost where they are worth it.

Once your booking is confirmed, we never cancel it — not for a smaller group, not for a better offer.
If we ever failed to show, you would get a full automatic refund to your card — not a voucher, not a negotiation — and we would still do everything we can to get you moving.
Fixed Price
The price you confirm is the price you pay — per vehicle, not per person, with tolls, parking, waiting and card fees included. It will not change on the day, and it will match your card statement to the cent.
If a surprise ever appears there, we refund the difference — no questions asked.

Are entrance tickets and lunch included?
They are handled, at cost: we pre-book your tickets and a lunch table, and you pay exactly what the venue charges — no markup, no commission, itemised separately from the transfer price.
How long do we stay at each stop?
The time at each stop is printed in your itinerary and guaranteed — no “15 minutes in the church”, no forced shopping stops. And if you want longer somewhere, tell your driver; it is your day.
Is it a coach tour or a private car?
A private car — one group, one vehicle, never strangers in your van. Your own pace, your own doors, no herding.
Does the driver guide us inside the monuments?
An honest answer: your driver is a professional English-speaking Prague driver who drives these routes regularly and is happy to talk — not a licensed guide. Entrance tickets and the monuments’ own guides or audio guides are handled at cost.
Kutná Hora and Terezín in one day — is it too much?
With your own driver, no. It is a full nine-hour day with the driving done for you: Kutná Hora in the morning, lunch, Terezín in the afternoon. By coach or train it genuinely is too much — that is why almost nobody offers it.
Can we return after the tour groups leave?
Yes — the late return is a named option on the Český Krumlov tour. The town becomes a much different place after the coach groups leave around 5–6 pm.
Do you provide child seats and boosters?
Yes — guaranteed and free. The right seat for each child’s age and weight, confirmed in writing and fitted before pickup. “Usually available” is not in our vocabulary.
How do I pay? When is my card charged?
Pay securely by credit card. We never ask for bank transfers. Prices are published in both EUR and USD and your card is charged in the currency you choose — you pay exactly the price shown, with no conversion. At checkout you pay a 25% deposit or the full price; with a deposit, the balance is charged to the same card 48 hours before pickup — the moment free cancellation ends.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before pickup — full refund to your card, not a credit. If your cruise line changes your itinerary — a different berth, low water, a new schedule — cancellation is free at any time; just forward us the notice.
