Terezín was a garrison town turned ghetto and prison; tens of thousands of people passed through it, and it should be visited with time and quiet. This is not an entertaining day out, and it is not meant to be. What we provide is the frame: an unhurried schedule, water in the car, a driver who knows the site’s rhythm and never rushes you, and honest guidance on what to see. There is significant walking on uneven ground — tell us at booking if a gentler pace matters, and we plan for it.
Your driver is not a memorial guide, and we say so plainly. The Memorial’s own guides and audio guides are the right voice for this place — entrance and guiding are handled at cost, booked before you arrive. Note: the Crematorium is closed on Saturdays.

The price you confirm is the price you pay — per vehicle, not per person, with tolls, parking, waiting and card fees included. It will not change on the day, and it will match your card statement to the cent.
If a surprise ever appears there, we refund the difference — no questions asked.

How long do we stay at each stop?

Does the driver guide us inside the monuments?
An honest answer: your driver is a professional English-speaking Prague driver who drives these routes regularly and is happy to talk — not a licensed guide. Entrance tickets and the monuments’ own guides or audio guides are handled at cost.
Is it a coach tour or a private car?
A private car — one group, one vehicle, never strangers in your van. Your own pace, your own doors, no herding.
Do you provide child seats and boosters?
Yes — guaranteed and free. The right seat for each child’s age and weight, confirmed in writing and fitted before pickup. “Usually available” is not in our vocabulary.
How do I pay? When is my card charged?
Pay securely by credit card. We never ask for bank transfers. Prices are published in both EUR and USD and your card is charged in the currency you choose — you pay exactly the price shown, with no conversion. At checkout you pay a 25% deposit or the full price; with a deposit, the balance is charged to the same card 48 hours before pickup — the moment free cancellation ends.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before pickup — full refund to your card, not a credit. If your cruise line changes your itinerary — a different berth, low water, a new schedule — cancellation is free at any time; just forward us the notice.
Is Prague Storyways legitimate? How can I verify you?
Prague Storyways is operated by a Prague transport company founded in 2017 (Transport Artists s.r.o., ID 05890942). You can verify the company in the Czech public register, and your driver’s details reach you before travel.
