An honest word first: the Sedlec Ossuary is smaller than the photos suggest, and some visitors leave underwhelmed. What makes the day is the whole of it — the bone church, then St. Barbara’s cathedral rising over vineyards, the old silver town between them, an unhurried lunch. The two main sights are about 3 km apart; DIY visitors walk it, your driver simply shuttles you. The silver mine tour or an organ concert at St. Barbara can be arranged on request.

Is it a coach tour or a private car?
A private car — one group, one vehicle, never strangers in your van. Your own pace, your own doors, no herding.
Does the driver guide us inside the monuments?
An honest answer: your driver is a professional English-speaking Prague driver who drives these routes regularly and is happy to talk — not a licensed guide. Entrance tickets and the monuments’ own guides or audio guides are handled at cost.
Do you provide child seats and boosters?
Yes — guaranteed and free. The right seat for each child’s age and weight, confirmed in writing and fitted before pickup. “Usually available” is not in our vocabulary.
How do I pay? When is my card charged?
Pay securely by credit card. We never ask for bank transfers. Prices are published in both EUR and USD and your card is charged in the currency you choose — you pay exactly the price shown, with no conversion. At checkout you pay a 25% deposit or the full price; with a deposit, the balance is charged to the same card 48 hours before pickup — the moment free cancellation ends.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before pickup — full refund to your card, not a credit. If your cruise line changes your itinerary — a different berth, low water, a new schedule — cancellation is free at any time; just forward us the notice.
Is Prague Storyways legitimate? How can I verify you?
Prague Storyways is operated by a Prague transport company founded in 2017 (Transport Artists s.r.o., ID 05890942). You can verify the company in the Czech public register, and your driver’s details reach you before travel.
