Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what a booking needs, we use it only to drive you, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

1 · Who is responsible

The data controller is Transport Artists s.r.o., ID 05890942, Prague, Czech Republic, operating the Prague Storyways brand. Contact: info@praguestoryways.com.

2 · What we collect, and why

When you book, we collect what the ride needs: your name, email and phone; trip details (dates, pickup and drop-⁠off, flight or ship details where relevant); children’s ages and weights when child seats are requested; and anything you write in the notes. We use it to perform the contract — to plan, confirm and drive your booking — and to meet legal record-keeping obligations of Czech transport and tax law.

3 · Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we receive only a confirmation of payment and a token that allows the agreed charges (deposit balance, as stated at checkout).

4 · Who sees your data

Your assigned driver receives your name, pickup details and phone number for day-⁠of contact. Stripe processes your payment. We do not sell data, we run no advertising networks, and we send no newsletters.

5 · Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-⁠party analytics.

6 · How long we keep it

Booking and transport records are kept for as long as Czech transport and tax law requires, and no longer. We do not keep marketing profiles.

7 · Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). Write to info@praguestoryways.com and we answer within 24 hours on working days.
