Is a private transfer cheaper than the cruise line coach?
For one person, usually not. From two it becomes comparable, and from three the private car often wins — $419 for up to three guests, beside $150 per person for the coach. And the drive is about 3 h door to gangway instead of an 8-hour coach day.
What if my ship’s all-aboard time or berth changes?
We track your ship and its berth, not just your flight — changes reach your driver automatically, and you don’t need to tell us anything. If your cruise line changes your itinerary, cancellation is free at any time; just forward us their notice.
What if the ship leaves without us?

Where exactly will the driver meet us?
In Prague, at your hotel door. In Regensburg, at the gangway — ships moor at Marc-Aurel-Ufer (Donaulände) by the Eiserne Brücke, a short walk from the old town; we confirm your berth on the day. Before travel we tell you what your name sign will say and where your driver will be standing.
Can I book a transfer only, without a cruise package?
Yes. This is exactly the service the cruise line doesn’t sell separately — a private transfer between Prague and your ship, with the all-aboard guarantee included.
Is Prague on the Danube?
No — Prague sits on the Vltava, about 267 km (166 mi) from the Danube at Regensburg. That is why river cruises begin there while you begin in Prague, and why this transfer exists.
Do you provide child seats and boosters?
Yes — guaranteed and free. The right seat for each child’s age and weight, confirmed in writing and fitted before pickup. “Usually available” is not in our vocabulary.
How do I pay? When is my card charged?
Pay securely by credit card. We never ask for bank transfers. Prices are published in both EUR and USD and your card is charged in the currency you choose — you pay exactly the price shown, with no conversion. At checkout you pay a 25% deposit or the full price; with a deposit, the balance is charged to the same card 48 hours before pickup — the moment free cancellation ends.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before pickup — full refund to your card, not a credit. If your cruise line changes your itinerary — a different berth, low water, a new schedule — cancellation is free at any time; just forward us the notice.
Is Prague Storyways legitimate? How can I verify you?
Prague Storyways is operated by a Prague transport company founded in 2017 (Transport Artists s.r.o., ID 05890942). You can verify the company in the Czech public register, and your driver’s details reach you before travel.
