Online booking closes 24 hours before a Prague pickup, 48 hours before a pickup abroad — inside that window, email us instead.

Your confirmation and driver details arrive here.
With country code — US format is fine (+1 …). For day-⁠of contact only.
A second phone we may reach on travel day.
A gentle pace, extra legroom, CPAP in the cabin, a birthday — we read every word.

Price & payment

Total — per vehicle, all-⁠in

Cancellation: free until 48 hours before pickup — full refund to your card, not a credit. Cruise itinerary changed by the line? Free at any time; just forward us the notice.

Deposit option: pay 25% now; the balance is charged to the same card 48 hours before pickup, when free cancellation ends.

Pay securely by credit card. We never ask for bank transfers. You pay exactly the price shown — your card is charged in the currency you choose, EUR or USD, with no conversion.

Confirmation is human-checked within 12 hours; if we cannot confirm, you get a full refund.

Payment opens on Stripe's secure page. We never see your card number.
